The pump is composed of an explosion-proof electric motor and a lower pump coaxially mounted submersible sewage pump, the enclosure protection level is IP68, and the explosion-proof level is ExdIIBT4. It is suitable for safety emission and other explosion-proof places in coal mine, chemical, petroleum and other industries with methane or coal dust explosive gas mixtures. It completely solves the danger that ordinary submersible sewage pumps do not have special explosion-proof devices, thick slurry pumps cannot pump larger particles, and the problems that sewage pumps are easily blocked.
The explosion-proof motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump, and the insulation level of the explosion-proof motor is Class F. The shaft seal is a combination of a rotary seal ring and a double-end mechanical seal. The rotary seal ring can prevent the intrusion of mud and reduce the pump pressure. 4. The bolts connected to the flameproof enclosure are equipped with anti-loosening gasket washers. The bolt head is set in a protective ring to prevent it from falling off by itself.

Five, matters needing attention:
1. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the electric pump, a special explosion-proof control box should be used when using it;
3. The explosion-proof control box of the electric pump should be connected to a power source with the same voltage and frequency. The voltage fluctuation tolerance is ± 10% of the rated voltage;
4. After the electric pump is started, pay attention to whether the impeller is turned correctly. If the steering does not correspond, handle it in time;
5, pay attention to the use of electric pumps, must not be buried in soil and sand, the outlet pipe must not be blocked by soil and sand, it is best to use suspension and other methods when using. The bottom of the pump leaves dirt. It is not allowed to lay on the ground horizontally, let alone sink into the dirt. When you stop using it, you should lift the pump out of water and clean it.
6. When moving the electric pump, cut off the power supply, and do not pull the insulated cable with force. No one should touch the water source when the electric pump is running.
7. When the electric pump fails, it should be inspected in time, analyze the cause of the electric pump failure, and take measures to eliminate the fault before continuing to use it.
6. Maintenance and use:
1. Periodically measure the insulation resistance of the electric pump at the end of the cable. Its insulation resistance must be above 1 Megohm, otherwise it must be disassembled for maintenance;
2. The shaft sealing device of the electric pump between the motor and the pump is composed of a double-end mechanical seal and a rotary seal ring. However, during maintenance, it should be checked if it is found that the lubrication is turbid, if it becomes dark or contains too much water, it should be disassembled for inspection. The lubricating oil should be changed regularly (the lubricating oil is No. 20 turbine oil, and the oil volume is 85% of the oil chamber volume)
3. In principle, the flameproof motor is not allowed to be dismantled randomly. If the flameproof motor fails, it can be returned to the factory for repair.
